The next tanker with 76,000 tonnes of Venezuelan oil for Belarus is expected at the port of Odessa on 17 July, according to the port dispatching office.
This is the fourth tanker delivering oil from Venezuela to the Republic of Belarus via Ukraine.
The third tanker is still in a shipment terminal of the Odessa trading seaport discharging 30,000 more tonnes of oil into the railway tanks. Over 35,000 tonnes of oil has already been sent to the Mozyr Oil Refinery.
The first two consignments of Venezuelan oil (nearly 80,000 tonnes each) were delivered to Odessa in late April and late June this year.
There are plans to deliver 4 million tonnes of Venezuelan oil from the Odessa seaport from May 2010 till April 2011.
According to Ukraine’s Ministry of Fuel and Energy, the Black Sea ports are equipped to receive and transship the oil volumes proposed by Belarus. A reminder, there are plans to increase the volume up to 10 million tonnes a year.
Following a meeting between First Vice-Premiers Vladimir Semashko and Andrei Kluyev, the sides are going to sign an intergovernmental agreement on mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation between Belarus and Ukraine in oil transportation.

Fourth Venezuelan oil tanker to arrive at Odessa port 17 July
